Bathroom Project
The very last project we need to do in the house is remodel the upstairs bathroom. Matt started a week ago by taking out everything left in the bathroom. Since then, Matt has put in many hours of work, trying to get the bathroom up and running. Unfortunately, everything that could possibly go wrong, has gone wrong. Matt put in a new bathtub. He put in a new tub surround. The plumbing wasn't going to match up, so the surround and tub came back out. In came a new surround, which didn't fit the old/new bathtub. Out came the surround. Again. Out came the bathtub. Back and forth to Lowe's we went! I think that we're finally making headway and moving forward with the project. Matt has been such a good sport about it, not really getting too frustrated! We're both perplexed as to how the smallest room in the house can cause the most headache. We managed to redo almost 1800 sq feet this summer with minimal problems, but the last 60 sq feet are giving us a run for our money. Matt has said a few times that he enjoys the work and I'm so thankful for that! I'll post pictures again once it's all finished.
